Lois Lai — Judge

Lois Lai is a Hong Kong-based entrepreneur and former architect whose work centres on building and connecting communities. Trained in architecture, she brings a structured, design-led way of thinking to how organisations and networks are built — from physical spaces to social ones.

She has built a diverse, cross-sector network spanning law, finance, media, and the creative and luxury industries, curating experiences and partnerships around shared values. That work has given her direct insight into how organisations foster belonging, engagement, and long-term stakeholder relationships — core to the "S" in ESG.

Her combined background in structural design and relationship-building gives her a distinctive lens for evaluating how organisations engage people and communities, making her a strong addition to the judging panel for the Sustainable Leaders Hong Kong Awards of Excellence.
